PHOTOGRAPHS:

All printed photographs will be professionally printed on premium matt paper and will arrive complete with a black mount. Orders will only be printed once payment has been received. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from the date of order. 

Please note that refunds cannot be offered on digital products. Uploading images from your photoshoot into any AI software to make derivatives is strictly prohibited, by either the photographer or client, unless otherwise agreed. Taking screenshots of your gallery without purchasing the files is theft.

All proof images include a watermark to remind you that you do not own any photographs until they are purchased. Once purchased, no prints or digital files will display a watermark. 

By purchasing a digital file, permission is herby granted for the person(s) named to use the images for personal and non-commercial use only. This means you may produce print copies of the images, you are permitted to produce further digital copies of this material, and you are permitted to copy this material onto a computer. 

In accordance with the 1988 Copyright Act, Photography by Gail Griggs retains the copyright on all photographs taken and reserves the right to use such photographs for display and advertising unless specifically agreed in writing to the contrary. 

Please also note that all computer monitors display colours differently and that any prints may not look quite as it does on your screen. I cannot be held responsible for the quality of any prints you make from your digital files as all printers vary in performance & quality. 

Digital files have been sized for 7x5 ratio printing. When printing other sizes some cropping may occur. The high resolution files will comfortably print at least up to 12x8 inch prints. If you require any larger prints please contact me. Please note that RAW files from which larger prints can be made are kept for six months from the date of your shoot after which time they may be deleted.

PHOTOSHOOTS:

You agree to retain control and custody of each child at all times during the photo shoot, wherever the location. Gail Griggs accepts no responsibility for injury or damage caused by a failure to do so. Every effort has been taken to ensure the safety of customers at all times, and any damage caused to property due to carelessness must be paid for. Photography by Gail Griggs reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel a shoot due to unsociable or reckless behaviour. On behalf of themselves and each child, customers release Photography by Gail Griggs, and any hired location, from all claims and liabilities of any kind. 

In all matters regarding location, composition, posing and numbers of photographs taken, the judgment of the photographer will be final and deemed correct.

This payment is non-refundable but you can change the date of your shoot (within two months of your original date) should someone fall ill or due to bad weather. If I need to cancel due to illness and we cannot rearrange, payment will be refunded in full.
